| SRCAR’s paper ballot system required that all association members take a day off from work to cast votes at a polling station. It also required SRCAR employees to review and count ballots by hand. SRCAR needed a more efficient and convenient voting process that would make it easier for members to vote and free-up valuable staff time. |

| With eBallot, SRCAR was able to streamline their entire election process. Members were able to vote anytime, anywhere from their computers without taking time off from work. SRCAR used eBallot’s smart email reminder system to send periodic targeted reminders to voters that had not voted. SRCAR’s election administrator was also able to track election results in real time and announce the final results immediately after the voting window closed. |

| Online voting improved SRCAR’s Board of Directors election turnout and increased the staff’s productivity. Because of this initial success, SRCAR has expanded their use of eBallot to include online voting for by-laws changes. |
